Free Site Measurement
We offer free and non-obligatory site measurements to ensure the fit of the system in your home. Each 30-minute session will receive an e-copy site measurement report on the recommended system based on the space and power source available.
All-Inclusive Warranty
All our systems include on-site warranty coverage of 2 years for parts and 5 years for the up-down lifting motor. We also offer extended warranties ($100/$299) which cover 3 or 5 years for parts and 5 years for the up-down lifting motor.
All-Inclusive Delivery
Both delivery and installation occur in the same booking and are on a first-come-first-serve basis. No additional charges are placed if you were to reschedule your delivery date within a year from the date of purchase.
All-Inclusive Installation
Usually, installations would last 1.5-2 hours long depending on the job complexity. Regardless of the type of installation (e.g. outdoor balcony, L-brackets, false ceiling, trellis/ slanted roof), no installation charges would be incurred.
Trade-in Discounts
During installation, we would remove your existing manual/automated system and safely dispose of it for free. The best part, we have a trade-in program which gives a further discount of:
- $20 for manual system (eg. ceiling-mounted bamboo rack, HDB pulley system, foldable system)
- $50 for an automated system of another brand
Zero Touch Up Charges
After installation, we would patch up the drill holes left by your existing manual/automated system free of charge. Do note that painting services are not offered/included.

All in all, the prices we offer are GST inclusive ($799-$1399, differs model to model), with zero hidden costs. In a sense, what you see is what you get.
