First time user, it really easier for people who don't have much strength to pull it down or put the pole out to sun. It helps to dry easier for those who, service yard do not have much sunlight. It really great to just let it run itself and don't have to worry on rainy day. Really a wonderful product.

Firstly, a great appreciation to our installer whom came n fixed our Solar Alpha. Very pro n efficient. Next, this is a Must Have item in every household. Sad to remove old bamboo poles but moving on foward for improvement is a win-win overall. A beautiful masterpiece n very handy. We have tried even with a thick Queen Size bed cover n thick blanket. Normally, we placed them outside to get some heat n wind hopefully can settled ie before evening. Now, with the functions available, it took 3hrs etc to reach such result. Best, its indoor. Safe, clean, time saver n convenient. A Must-Have equipment in every household! Steigen is the one! Thank you!
